Just imagine: cheeses selected directly from the producer, pickles matured for 6 months, onions caramelized in Stout, all wrapped in golden brioche bread with spicy butter... Does that make your mouth water?

 

Bare in mind that this is our classic Grilled Cheese... So imagine the others! ​

Our story

Annie Londonderry

All our Grilled Cheeses are made with brioche bread or sandwich bread from the local bakery, Blond .

 

Throughout the year, you can find our signature grilled cheese, Le Somerset, made with Montgomery Cheddar , one of the last three cheddars traditionally produced on English soil in the Somerset region.

 

You can enjoy our sandwiches while sipping a delicious beer from the Brussels brewery Dring Dring .

For the - not so - little story, our name owes its origin to an adventurer:

 

Annie Londonderry (real name Annie Cohen Kopchovsky) was the first woman to complete a solo round-the-world bicycle tour in 1894. What could be more inspiring for a small food bike company created by a woman?

 

That's all it took for Charlotte, a trained chef who launched her first restaurant, "Gueule d'Atmosphère," at the age of 24, right in the middle of the Free Republic of Outremeuse in Liège!

 

Years of experience later and stints at Ma Ferme en Ville, Pinart and La Tricoterie, we now find her riding her trusty three-wheeler, ready to tickle your sweet tooth.
